The application of the National Chamber of Advocacy was defended by Av.Prof.as. Dr. Maksim R. Haxhia, its Chairman, on the report prepared by the Italian lawyer Mr. Aldo Bulgarelli.<\/p><p>The CCBE is an international organization founded in 1960 which represents the interests of more than 700,000 European lawyers through the Bars and law societies of 31 countries (full members), and 6 member countries with observer status. This Organization counts as its members the 27 countries of the European Union and the 3 countries of the European Economic Union (Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein) which are members with full status together with Switzerland. CCBE bashk\u00ebpunon ngusht\u00eb me Komisionin dhe Parlamentin Europian n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet hartimit dhe rishikimit t\u00eb legjislacionit europian duke p\u00ebrfshire edhe dh\u00ebnien e rekomandimeve p\u00ebr ndryshimin e aspekteve proceduriale t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs Europiane t\u00eb Luksemburgut dhe Gjykat\u00ebs Europiane t\u00eb t\u00eb Drejtave t\u00eb Njeriut. Me anetarsimin ne CCBE, Dhoma Kombetare e Avokateve te Shqiperise ka aderuar ne Karten e Parimeve Themelore te Profesionit Ligjor ne Europe dhe Kodin e Sjelljes se Avokateve Evropiane, ne themel te te cilave qendrojne parime te rendesishme, ku nder te tjera, mund te vecojme: respektimin e shtetit te se drejtes dhe administrimin e drejte te drejtesise, pavarsine dhe vete-rregullimin e profesionit ligjor te avokatise, ruajtjen e dinjitetit dhe respektit ndaj profesionit te avokatise, shmangjen e konfliktit te interesit apo luftes kunder korrupsionit, rritjen e profesionalizmit te avokateve, etj.
