Teaching Application

 

The National School of Advocacy launches the campaign for accepting applications for teaching staff at the National School of Advocacy for the 2015-2016 season.

The Scientific Committee at the National School of Advocacy has determined the criteria for admission according to subjects as follows:

  • Criminal law.

  • Criminal Procedure.

  • Civil Procedure.

  • Public right.

    Professional Preparation.

  • Private Law (Part One)

  • Civil Law.

  • The Law of Obligations.

  • Private Law (Part Two)

  • Commercial Law.

  • Family Law.

  • Labor Law.

    Applicant candidates, as a rule, must meet the following criteria:

  • To have high moral and professional integrity.

  • Have experience in the field of teaching and in the academic world.

  • Have good communication skills.

  • To possess a high level and scientific experience, proven through evidence in the direction of

  • Monographs, articles and publications in scientific journals at home and abroad, as author or co-author.

  • Lecturer at national and international scientific conferences.

  • Experienced and experienced in basic and applicable research projects in the field of jurisprudence.

  • To have leadership of Master's and doctoral subjects.

    Applicants must express their preference for participation in teaching according to the above subjects. During the selection process, priority will be given to candidates:

     

 

  • From the ranks of the lawyer, with an experience and active experience in practicing the profession of lawyer for no less than 10 years, as well as having an active contribution to the activity of the Chamber.

  • From the ranks of the judiciary or prosecution for applicants with experience in these duties of no less than 20 years.

  • From the academic and scientific world with a work experience in higher education institutions in the Republic of Albania (public higher education institutions are preferred), for a period of not less than 10 years.

  • Personalities in the field who hold the scientific title of Professor, Associate Professor and Doctor of Legal Sciences.

     

    Requests for application will be submitted to the directorate of the National School of Advocacy, based in the premises of the National Chamber of Advocacy, by October 10, 2016. Applicants must also submit a copy of their CV, as well as supporting documents, together with the request the scientific and professional activity cited in the above criteria.
