FOR THE APPROVAL OF LAWYER'S REWARD FEES FOR PROVIDING LEGAL AID

In support of point 4 of article 102 of the Constitution and paragraph 3 of article 48 of law no. 9109, dated 17.7.2003 "On the profession of lawyer in the Republic of Albania"


WE ORDER:
1. Approval of attorneys' fees for providing legal aid, according to the table attached to this order.
2. The law chambers are charged with the implementation and control of the implementation of this order.
This order enters into force after publication in the Official Gazette.

ATTORNEYS' LEGAL SERVICES FEES

Representation in criminal cases Lek
Providing protection for detentions and arrests, up to the session of determining the amount of insurance 15,000 Lek.

Legal assistance for preliminary investigations, until the case is sent to trial
a) 20,000 Lek for misdemeanors
b) For first instance trials 50,000 Lek

Legal aid in the Court of First Instance
a) For crimes punishable by up to 5 years, 30,000 Lek
b) 80,000 Lek for crimes punishable by more than 5 years

Legal services (representation) in the Court of Appeal 40,000 Lek

Legal services (representation) in the Supreme and Constitutional Court 50,000 Lek
Preparation of appeals and other requests 10,000 Lek
Legal advice for every hour 500-1500 Lek
The service for minors will be half of the above charges

Representation in civil matters
Representation in the Court of First Instance, without a party 15,000 Lek
Representation in the Court of First Instance, with a party of 40,000 Lek
Representation in the Court of Appeal 45,000 Lek
Representation in the Supreme and Constitutional Court 60,000 Lek
Preparation of appeal requests 15,000 Lek
Appeals and requests in the Supreme and Constitutional Court 25,000 Lek
Legal advice 1,000 Lek
Service to people in need will be 80% lower than the upper charge.


For travel and subsistence expenses for advocacy services outside the chamber where the lawyer is a member, when not decided by mutual agreement, the payment amount is the same as the fees of state administration employees.
For legal services for Albanian citizens abroad, the upper fees will be doubled, while the payment of travel and diet expenses will be the same as the amount of payment for state administration employees.
The above fees apply, only when there is no agreement between the parties on the remuneration of the lawyer's service.
