DIRECTING COUNCIL

  REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS FOR ASSISTANT LAWYERS

  1.  Notarized photocopy of the scientific or professional bachelor's and master's degree.
  2. Notarized photocopy of the grade certificate
  3. Diploma recognition from the Ministry of Education (for students who have completed their studies abroad)
  4. Photocopy of the identity card
  5.  Verification of the legal status (proof of the penalty is provided through the application at the Albanian post office)
  6. Certification from the court and the prosecutor's office certifying that there are no criminal proceedings in the process.
  7. Attestation to the lawyer, where the acceptance for the start of the 1-year traineeship of the as/attorney is verified (for district assistants, the attestation of the bar association for this purpose).
  8. Request addressed to the National Chamber of Advocates (in addition to the identity, the telephone number and e-mail address must be noted)
  9. Photo (for document), piece 1 
  10. 1,000 lek for lawyer assistant fees
  11. 2'000 lek registration fee
  12. Payment of the initial installment for the SHKA attendance fee

 

Note: all assistant lawyers in the period September - October of each year must register with the national law school to follow the 1-year cycle of initial training, as a legal obligation to acquire the right to practice the profession of lawyer.
