The Chamber of Advocacy of Albania is a Legal Person and enjoys the status of an NGO, which is created, organized and functions by a special law. Its activity is carried out in accordance with the Constitution, Law no. 55 dated 23.07.2018 "On the Profession of Lawyer in the Republic of Albania" as well as the provisions of this statute.
